Your information
Privacy notice.
This notice explains how this website uses information when you browse, make an enquiry or request accessories.
Enquiries
When you send a service enquiry, we use the name, email address, optional phone number, service and message you provide to respond. The form uses EmailJS to deliver the enquiry to our Gmail account. Please do not include passwords, PINs or other sensitive information in your message.
Accessories catalogue and cart
Public product information is supplied through a published Google Sheet. Your browser stores your cart items and quantities in local storage so they remain available on your device. You can clear this data through your browser settings.
WhatsApp requests
If you choose WhatsApp, the website opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. Review it before sending. WhatsApp handles any message you send under its own privacy terms. Opening WhatsApp alone does not send a request.
Website analytics
We use limited, cookieless PostHog event analytics to understand how the website is used. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents, page query strings or WhatsApp message text in these events. Session replay is not enabled. The analytics service receives connection information such as your IP address when an event is sent. We disable geographic enrichment and do not create person profiles.
